Information we process

We process your email address and account identity, together with the financial information you enter, including income, expenses, budgets, savings, and preferences.

Feedback

When you submit feedback, we store its type, message, page, status, and submission time. If you are signed in, it is associated with your account; otherwise, you may optionally provide an email address for a reply. Feedback does not automatically include your financial data.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to operate and improve MyBudget and display your personal budget. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Operational audit data

For security, reliability, and support, we record limited operational events such as app access, the type of action performed, and timestamps. Audit records never contain financial amounts, descriptions, categories, or transaction content.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers for application hosting and storage, identity providers for account authentication, and transactional email providers for account messages. Each provider processes only the information required to deliver its service.

Storage and account separation

Your records are separated by account and are not displayed to other users. Feedback is visible only in the administrator area.

Retention and your rights

Your information is retained until you delete it from Profile or until the service is discontinued. You can download a JSON copy of your data and permanently delete your account and associated records, including account-linked feedback and audit activity, from Profile.
